Grow America provides professional training for workforce, housing, and community development professionals across the United States. This long-term project involved designing, developing, and maintaining a catalog of interactive online learning modules delivered through TalentLMS.
I served as an eLearning Developer on a collaborative instructional design team. Working from SME approved storyboards, I developed and maintained interactive eLearning lessons, converted legacy courses from Captivate to Storyline, implemented new brand standards, and supported LMS publishing and updates.

The learning experience was developed and iterated over time to ensure brand consistency, user experience improvements, and platform scalability:
Analysis
Partnered with instructional designers to review SME inputs, course objectives, and existing legacy content to define development needs.
Design
Supported storyboard refinement by identifying interaction patterns and visual layout opportunities for clarity and engagement.
Development
Built modules in Adobe Captivate and later Storyline 360 (live sample is Captivate), implementing interactions, slide templates, branching, and accessibility-friendly navigation.
Implementation
Published SCORM packages to TalentLMS, configured course settings, and managed updates throughout the program lifecycle.
Evaluation
Performed QA testing for usability, navigation, and function. Iterated on builds based on team and client feedback; later supported full brand refresh updates.
Contributed to the design and delivery of a scalable online training library that supported Grow America’s national learning programs. Helped maintain and enhance over 30+ modules across multiple years, improving user experience and visual consistency through iterative development and rebranding.
